South Central Los Angeles Regional Center Legacy Plaza
Have you heard the news? South Central Los Angeles Regional Center has moved to a new location called Legacy Plaza. The Legacy Plaza Campus is comprised of a new state-of-the-art building and a historic landmark building that was formerly the location of Golden State Mutual Life Insurance circa 1949. The old and new come together to make a powerful combination to meet the needs of consumers and their families and the communities in it's large catchment area.
If you have not toured Legacy Plaza make a point to stop by. The South Central Los Angeles Regional Center Legacy Plaza is a needed addition to the community. Legacy Plaza generates great pride by folks using it's services.
Many of the consumers attending Sibi Center Adult Day Program are connected to South Central Los Angeles Regional Center (SCLARC). Our day program also has consumers from Westside and Frank D. Lanterman Regional Centers.

For the past 25 years, Dexter Henderson has served as the CEO of the South Central Los Angeles Regional Center (SCLARC). SCLARC is a human services agency serving over 10,400 persons who are developmentally disabled within South Central Los Angeles and the surrounding communities of Compton, Gardena, Lynwood, Paramount, Bell, and Cudahy.
