Can I Attend Sibi Center Adult Day Program?

You can attend Sibi Center Adult Day Program when you are an adult age 22 to 65 years old with severe to profound intellectual & developmental disabilities. Recent high school graduates are welcome.
Clientele have may have and intellectual disability such as mental retardation and/or have brain damage and may one or more developmental disabilities and needs listed below:
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Down Syndrome
  • Autism
  • Use of wheelchairs
  • Limited mobility
  • Incontinence
  • Seizure disorders
  • Oral Medications
  • Mild to moderate maladaptive behaviors
  • Community Integration
  • Self-care deficits
  • Communication & Socialization deficits
  • And, more

How to Attend the Day Program

You must call your Regional Center Service Coordinator (case worker). The receptionist there will direct you to the right person at the Regional Center. You have a Service Coordinator (case worker) assigned to you at the Regional Center.  

To attend Sibi Center Adult Day Program necessary paperwork must be completed by you and the Regional Center.

You may have received a referral to the day program from the Regional Center. Even though you received the referral from the Regional Center you still must let the Regional Center Service Coordinator (case worker) know you have selected Sibi Center Adult Day Program as your day program.
